17 And Elohim said unto Noach: This is the token of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is upon the earth.

Targum Onkelos to this verse reads:
And YHWH said to Noah,
“This is the token of the covenant
which I have established between My Word [Memra]
and between all flesh that is upon the earth.
