James Trimm’s Nazarene Commentary on Zechariah Chapter 8

8:23

Thus says YHWH Tzva’ot: In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, shall even take hold of the skirt (KANAF), of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that Elohim is with you.
(Zech 8:23 HRV)

The “ten men” represent the House of Israel (Ephraim), the Ten “Lost Tribes.”  The words “you” in the phrase “We will go with you, for we have heard that Elohim is with you.” are plural rather than singular in the Hebrew.  This is a beautiful prophecy of Ephraim reaching out and taking hold of the tzitzit of the House of Judah and being healed.
