In Acts 15:3-7 Therefore why are you testing G-d -by laying a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we able to bear? Rather, we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus in accordance with the way those are also saved" And the whole assembly was silent. And they were listening to Barnabas and Paul describing all the signs and wonders that G-d did through them among the Gentiles And after they were silent, James responded, saying "Men, brothers, listeb to me- "Simon described how G-d first visted to take a people for His name from among the Gentiles "and the words of the prophets agree with this, justas it has been writen "After these things i will return, and rebuild the fallen tent of David. And I will rebuild its things being torn down. And I will restore it so the rest of mankind may seek out the Lord-even all the Gentiles upon whom My name has been called upon them, says the Lord doing these things known from past age'
"Therefore I judge that we not be troubling the ones from the Gentiles turning to G-d, but that we write to them that they should be abstaining from the contamibated things of idols, and sexual immorality, and the strangled thing, and blood. " For from ancient generations, Moses has the ones proclaiming him in each city -being read 9in the synagougues every Sabbath" Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, along with the whole church , that having chosen men from among them , they should send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas-Judas (the one being called Barsabbas) and silas, leading men among the brothers

So them it is clear that they did not impose the whole Mosaic Torah upon the Gentiles. And the word clearly says there is no differnece between Jew and Gentile. So that means believer are not bound to Mosaic Torah observence in Christ. Also Read Colossians 2:14-16 Having forgiven us all trespasses Having wiped out the writen document against us with its decrees, which was opposed to us-indeed, He has taken it out of the middle , having nailed it to the cross! Having stripped the rulers and authorities, He exposed them in public , having triumphed over them in Him! Therefore let no one judge you in eating and in drinking, or in respect to a feast or new-moon or Sabbath Which are a shadow of the comming things, but the body is Christ's The Same translation. Sam
I lead my life from every Word that proceeds from the Mouth of God. I am in love with the Lord, & stay as close to Him as my own breath. I live to give Him glory, & am not bound by the bonds of man, or this world. There are grievous errors in the churches & even here. But I am separated unto Him, & not bound to the errors. I know Him & love Him with all that is in me, & everything that I am or am not. Whoever does not love Him enough to seek His Truth, will die with the others in that day, but I will never die, & I will be with Him, because He has told me this. He is my beloved, & I am HIS.
I guess that means you are saved. I am glad to hear that you are not involved in the Herasy of Judaizing the Faith in Messiah. You see we as believers all peoples both Jews and the Nations(Goyim) are a new creation in Messiah and are not bond by the Law, since we obey the Law and teachings of Our Messiah Yeshua (Aramaic for Joshua) in the septuagint Greek OT both Joshua and Jesus are called Yeisous from the Greek word of the Hebrew Yehoshua. Our Messiah had a very common Hebraic name transliterated into Aramaic as Yeshuah , meaing Yahweh is Our Deliverer or Saviour. Sam
In fact Jeshua occur 30X in the AV in 1/2 Chronicles , Ezra, and Nehemiah mostly in Hebrew as Yeshua, the same as in Ezra in Aramaic, also the Syrian Peshitta uses the name Yeshua for both Jesus and Joshua with the exact same letters as in the Hebrew Bible, although their letters are writen differently from the Hebrew in three scripts of Ancient and Modern Syrian Aramaic. Called Estrangla, Serto, and Swadaya respectivly. Note Saint Ephraim the Syrian noted the Peshitta in the same Hebrew letters and forbid it, making the thick script letters of Estrangla used in its stead. I wonder if he was anti-Jewish in his veiw and wanted to seperate the Jewish believers from the Gentile belivers in making his decison. Sam
Sam, not many of the church people will make it through the end times. When God told me this, I was very sad. Instead of depending on scholarly understanding, we are suppose to be developing a true relationship with HIM. He even talked to me as an infant, & I knew Him, & spoke to Him in my heart, before I had words from my mouth. He raised me, because I did not come from saved parents. He has always been my life, & He has kept me separated unto Himself, & out of the world. No one has a thought that He has not heard. He has charge of my life, & takes me by the hand, & leads me in all that He has for me. My job is to go with Him, not questioning if I am in this doctrine or another. In Him, is enough, without being bound in any dictates of this world. He is truth.
True. God gives me pages, & pages, of scripture at a time, when He speaks to me. When I ask Him questions, He will answer me using actual answers from His Word. When I was having a problem understanding once, He told me that I was not asking the right questions. So, I had to ask Him for the questions first. When I spoke of relationship, I was not speaking of mere emotion. He teaches me Himself, through His Holy Spirit. He would not lie to me, nor give me false doctrine. He does not give me religions to study, but gives me His Truth, therefore excluding entanglements of falsehoods. Having a relationship with Him, goes far beyond the emotional, & even far beyond the physical, & He shows me the things, also, of the Spirit, & how it operates in a physical domain. When we understand, that He created us as Spirit first, it gives us new eyes, to see the Spirit Truth, because He is Spirit & Truth, & His Word is Spirit & Truth.
Revelation 12;7 Then the dragon was angry with the woman, and went off to make war on the rest of her offspring, on those who keep the commandments of God and bear testimony to Jesus.
14;12 Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
19;13 He is clad in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God. 14 And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, followed him on white horses. 15 From his mouth issues a sharp sword with which to smite the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron; he will tread the wine press of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has a name inscribed, King of kings and Lord of lords.
19;21 And the rest were slain by the sword of him who sits upon the horse, the sword that issues from his mouth; and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.
I think that the sword that issues from his mouth is the Word of God, also referred to as the Commandments of God earlier. It makes it clear that Torah law is still to be observed. I do not have enough knowledge to understand some of the observances such as Sukkot etc... I have a lot to learn.
