SAVE THE TRIMM'S HOME !!!!

Friends, many of you may know that we have been fighting to save our home from foreclosure for several years now. I want to emphasize at this point that this is a home that has been in my family for nearly fifty years. I have lived here almost all of my forty six years, it is the only real home I have ever known. It is also home to two disabled persons, my wife, who has a debilitating neurological disorder and one of our daughters who is blind, as well as our four other children and a (minor) young man (whom we have taken in).

Up until now I have not been able to give out many details, but the time has come that I can give you some very important information.

Our case is VERY similar to the one in this Sixty Minutes Story above (please watch the video). What began as a dispute over how much we actually owed, but we soon discovered that the party attempting to foreclose on us did not even have a mortgage assignment on our property at the time and only filed a mortgage assignment on the property AFTER they started attempting to foreclose. Moreover the signature on that mortgage assignment is.... LINDA GREEN (the same notorious robo-signer featured in the 60 minutes story). The bank is doing everything they can to have this information excluded.

We are coming now to a point where the rubber meets the road. The bank has an endless flow of cash with which to fight us and we need the funds to either fight back, and/or to ultimately work out a settlement agreement of some kind.

Legal fees and court filing fees in the next few months are going to range from $5,000 to $6,000 or more, and we need to raise a large portion of that right away.

Folks this is a time that wee need you more than ever.

After being homeless, living in my car for 2 months earlier this year, I know just how wonderful it is to have a roof over my head, food and clothing, I live in a tiny trailer now, PRAISE YAHUAH, and I am safe, protected and provided for. Our Creator has made sure of that. As HIS word promises. HE will guide you through your darkest days. Keep LOOKing UP :)

Comment by Joe Mulrooney on August 5, 2012 at 8:51pm: i will pray ,Yah got my mortage reduced so my family isn't homeless i also have a 84 yr old motherin law and i am on ssi also. i have heard many people christains say Father had the money sent to the mailbox people just put money in thier hands. So i am belivering if we stay true to His way and put Him Yah 1st and believe He is our provider and has King he has promised to give us all we need , praise and worship all is going to be ok . lots of love to you and yours
