Update on my wife.
As many of you know my wife went to the Hospital emergency room and they determined from a sonogram that she had a “messed up gallbladder”. We were told she had a “large stone” and “sludge” and that there was no other option but to remove the gallbladder right away. (See the full story at: http://nazarenespace.com/profiles/blogs/update-on-my-wife-and-hospi... )
OK so we left the hospital Tuesday Afternoon before last (the 17th). (My last post on this matter was Thursday before last). As I said then, we were going to take her to another hospital, but at that point she was in no pain, and had no fever, so we decided to take her home for the time being and treat her issues naturally pending the return of any pain or high grade fever.
We kept her on a simple diet… VERY low fat starting out only liquids and finally graduating to strawberries and apple sauce. She drank plenty of cranberry juice. We also discontinued her cholesterol medication. The hospital and doctors had not done this, but when we read the warnings it said to stop taking it immediately if gallbladder problems developed and that it could cause gallstones. We also treated her with a healthy dose of prayer, as many of you around the world were praying for her. Prayers were even being made at the Wall of the Temple Mount.
In the days that followed she had a low-grade fever which went up and down like a roller coaster for the next few days until it spiked that Friday (Friday before last). But she still had no pain. We took her to her regular physician (who was able to see her later that same day). We hoped to convince him to give her a round of antibiotics to fight any infection she had. He looked at the sonogram report in her medical records and said that the only real treatment for this ailment was to remove her gallbladder. He was not comfortable prescribing antibiotics and wanted her to go to a different hospital and have the gallbladder out. We went home and almost followed this advice. But my wife’s fever was lower, and she was still not in any pain in her abdomen (although she was having some pain in her upper chest very close to her arm). Well we decided to giv it the weekend, if things got worse we would go to the hospital and if nothing changed we would go Monday….
Then something amazing happened… Sunday her fever broke entirely and Thursday she felt good enough for the first time in days to leave the house. She has been symptom free for almost a week now!
All the doctors repeatedly said she must have her gallbladder out right away and that there were no alternative. They even said that she did not need a gallbladder. We are of the opinion that there is nothing useless in Elohim’s design of the human body. Cutting parts off or out should be an absolute last resort. Well she never had her gallbladder removed. We simply treated her naturally and with lots of prayer and she has been symptom free for nearly a week!
Now do not get me wrong, there are times that Elohim uses a physician to heal, and if it came down to life or death she would have gone ahead and had the surgery, but in this case she appears to have been healed without cutting anything out.
We are just sharing our story, we are not giving anyone else medical advice.
