Shalom Chaverim,
HaSatan has been working hard to subtract from your Scriptures. He is actively trying to take the Tanak (Old Testament) out of the Bible. Go to a Christian bookstore and ask to see the Bibles, then ask to see the New Testaments in a volume alone. They will show you large selections. Then ask to see the “Old Testaments” in a volume alone… they will not have any. More and more, Christians are publishing and using only the New Testament, effectively taking the “Old…

Overview of: 1Ezra (KJV: 1Esdras) from the Apocrypha
This book has been given various names. In the Greek LXX this book is
titled IEsdras while our canonical books of Ezra and Nehemiah combined
are titled 2Esdras. In the Latin Vulgat our book of Ezra is 1Esdras;
Nehemish is 2Esdras and this book is titled "3Esdras" In the KJV it
is titled "1Esdras".
This book is synoptic (parallel) to Ezra-Nehemiah and reproduces the
material of 2Chron. 35:1-36:23;…

Judith: Maccabean Heroine
By James Trimm
The Apocryphal book of Judith is about a beautiful
and devout Jewish widow who saves her city from
an invading army. The Elders of her city decide
to surrender unless help arrives within fi ve days.
Judith leaves and enters the camp of the opposing
general. She beguiles him by her beauty but ultimately
returns to her city with his head in a bag.
This inspires her city to route the invading army.…

Does 2Sam. 12:8 Support Polygamy?
By James Trimm
Recently I have published several articles which have demonstrated that while polygamy is not forbidden by the Torah, it does violate the Yesod HaBriah. The polygamist cult has been fumbling for a response to my well documented and well reasoned papers and all they have really been able to come up with is this verse:
"And I gave thee thy master's house, and thy master's wives into thy bosom, and gave thee the house of…

Submissive Wives and Women Teachers
By James Trimm
And YHWH Elohim said: “It is not good that the man should be alone;
I will make him a helper for him.”
(Gen. 2:18)
For many years now the traditional family structure has been under attack. Many women in the world today are seemingly determined to balance out the supposed deficiencies of husbands that they view as “spineless”. This Feminist way of the world has certainly spilled over into the Body of…

I would like to comment about Mt. 9:14-17
Here I will take issue with David Stern's Jewish New Testament Commentary on Mt. 9:16 and 9:17.
On this material David Stern is dead wrong!
His identification of "old coat" = "Judaism" and "unshrunk cloth" as
"messianic faith" is completely unfounded and has absolutely no basis in the text. It is
merely an echo of the wildly inaccurate *eisogesis* of the text made by
replacement theology…

It is no secret that my life’s work has been dedicated to the authentic restoration of the ancient sect of the Nazarenes. I founded the Society for the Advancement of Nazarene Judaism way back in 1996. So you can imagine my concern when the name “Nazarene” was recently inaccurately hijacked and used to describe a Messianic Polygamist Cult. Let me make this clear, the overwhelming evidence is that the ancient sect of the Nazarenes DISCOURAGED polygamy, finding it at odds with the Yesod HaBriah…

Shalom Chaverim,
At no other time since the first century, has so much enlightenment
been upon us as we have obtained in just the last few years.
Scripture tells us in many prophecies that in the last days Elohim
will be removing the scales from people's eyes so that they will see
truths they could not see before. You and I have been called at this
time to prepare the way for this onslaught of truth seekers who are
abandoning Churchianity and even…

Passed August 17th 2008
Although polygamy is not forbidden by the Torah, it does violate the
principle of Yesod HaBriah (the principle/foundation of creation)
because he who made man in the beginning, 'made them male and female'
(Gen. 1:27) 'Wherefore shall a man shall leave his father and his
mother, and cleave to his wife, and the two shall become one
flesh' (Gen. 2:24) And now then, they are no more two but one flesh
only.
Divorce also…

Corroboration: Direct Command ordained by YHVH as a way to cause people to remember His commands:
"Speak to the Israelites and say to them: 'Throughout the generations to come you are to make tassels on the corners of your garments, with a blue cord on each tassel. You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of YHVH, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by going after the…

Sabbat
I. Establishment
A. Sabbath is "Saturday." - The Sabbath is as old as the creation of the world. Bereshiyt [Genesis] 2:2 establishes that the Sabbath as ordained by ELOHIM is on the seventh day of the week, the one which is called in the Gregorian (Roman) calendar "Saturday." (Gen. 2:2)
B. Sabbath is Holy.- Bereshiyt 2 Verse 3 Shows ELOHIM's attitude about the Sabbath -- He blessed it, and made it "holy" - vay'qaddeish -- separated for Him. (Gen.…

Abortion
INTERNATIONAL NAZARENE BEIT DIN: ABORTION HALAKHA
Passed 2/1/2000
1. Premise:
The Scriptures are the standard for the lives of Nazarene Jews not only in its direct commands, but also in its example and overall plan. It is clear that YHVH has a plan and purpose for each of His creations, and the destroying of innocent life is rebellion against that plan.
The fact that the word "abortion" does not appear in the Bible does not mean…

CONVERSION HALACHA
Persons who complete this conversion process will be halachicly regarded as Jewish within Nazarene Judaism.
These conversions are NOT accepted for immigration to Israel at this time.
This halacha is for a person to be halachicly regarded as Jewish and is not a process to make a person "saved."
The complete halachah is below:
Passed by The International Nazarene Beit Din on September 17, 1999 - revised Jan. 2nd…

A misunderstanding common in the church today is the concept that
Torah and Grace are mutually exclucive ideas. For exmple one author writes:
A believer can not be under law and
under grace at the same time.
(God's Plan of the Ages; Louis T. Tallbot; 1970; p. 83)
Now let us be noble Bereans to see if this is true. Let us ask ourselves:
"How were people saved in 'Old Testament' times? Were they saved by works
or by grace?
The fact is that…

Marriage, Divorce and YHWH
Do Matthew And Ben Sira Contradict?
By James Trimm
It has been alleged in the past that there is a contradiction between Matthew 5:31-32 and 19:3-9 which allows a man to divorce his wife only for the cause of “fornication”, and Ben Sira who advises his student to divorce the wife who “does not go as you direct” (Ben Sira 25:25-26).
But do these passages truly contradict one another? One basic rule of Hermeneutics (objective rules for…

Shalom Chaverim,
I have recently made some discoveries which shed even more light on
Romans chapter 10 and I would like to share them with you.
To best understand this new insight, it is best to incorporate it into
the whole of that light which has already been shed on this section of
Romans. So for some of you this entire article will be revolutionary,
however even for those who have studied with us for many years will
find a new nugget of insight…
