Nazarenes were not Ebionism proven

Nazarenes were not Ebionism proven

By James Scott Trimm

This article is to demonstrate that Nazarene and Ebionism were two and separate entities.

Some scholars in their books group both Nazarene and Ebionism into the same entity as quoted below:

"Since the Nazarenes and Ebonites (Unitarian Christians) are by all the Church historians unanimously acknowledged to have been the first Christians, or those who believe in Christ among the Jews with which,… Continue

Patriarchinity Appendix #1: Echad, Khad, and Yachid Usage

Patriarchinity Appendix #1: Echad, Khad, and Yachid Usage

© Chris Jacob (Yaacov) Schaefer 2009

Study of Echad in Beresheeth/Genesis

Rationale: Since the issue is what echad means when referring to Elohim, and since in Beresheeth/Genesis the word echad is used to describe people, places, and things, but not Elohim, that should give us a more statistically pure concept of just how echad is generally used,… Continue

The Great Torah Debate

The Great Torah Debate

Can you answer the strong Christian claim that the Torah has been abolished?

Do you know about Dispensationalism and why Christians believe the Torah is not for today?

On November 10th and 17th of 2004 Messianic Jews and Christians gathered together in Arlington Texas for:

The Great Torah Debate: Is the Torah for Today?

This was perhaps the first time a Nazarene/Messianic Rabbi had ever publicly debated with a… Continue

It is an Attitude of Grace

This is just a teaser. The reason it is, is because I have not completetly gone beyond the concept.

I know it is unusual to put an incomplete work out there before you have oranized it.

I was speaking to a friend in the faith and on the cuff expressing the way I handle situations. The reasoning behind the reason I respond the way i do.

I try to always give a person…

Our Calling

Elohim has called you to be part of this great restoration of truth prophesied of in the Scriptures (Baruch 2:30-35; Enoch 93:9-11). It is a sad state of affairs that the majority of church going people today are not even aware of the prophecies and reality of the great apostasy, much less the prophecies of the restoration. Most of these are quite satisfied with the various [false] doctrines and teachings that they have been given by their forefathers. But you have been called out of these… Continue

The Gospel according to the Hebrews: The Synoptic Solution

The Gospel according to the Hebrews:

The Synoptic Solution

By

James Scott Trimm

The Synoptic Problem

Mattityahu, Mark and Luke are the synoptic gospels. In many cases these

three gospels even use identical phrasing. As a result they are known as

the "synoptic gospels." The Synoptic Problem is the problem of explaining

these similarities and their interrelationships. This problem was first

addressed in the fifth century by the… Continue

Gospel according to the Hebrews Canonized

The International Nazarene Beit Din has made history today by canonizing the Gospel according to the Hebrews:

Obviously a true restoration of the ancient sect of the Nazarenes should, by definition, include the Gospel according to the Hebrews.

We the International Nazarene Beit Din do hereby declare the Gospel according to the Hebrews to be part of the Nazarene Canon.

We have no hesitation in pronouncing this book to be a work of Divine inspiration,… Continue

Beit Din Officially Canonizes 27 Books of Ketuvim Netzarim

Today the International Nazarene has taken the important step of officially canonizing the following books of the Ketuvim Netzarim. This should not be construed to mean that in the past we have not regarded these books as canonical, but it seemed appropriate that a Nazarene authority should officially declare these books as canon rather than appealing to any authority from the Roman Catholic Councils of Nicaea or Trent.

When Should We Be Mature Believers?

In "The New You" a program of Life Skills International, founded by Paul Hegstrom; though a Chrisitan he spends a modest amount of time using the Hebrew meanings of scripture from the Tanak and in the Renewed Covenant. He also spends a lot of time describing the Jewish pattern of child rearing.

What significance is this to my life?

It was through watching this that caused me to get serious in checking…
