About me:
I am 24 years old. I was born and raised in a Christian environment, and was 'baptized' at age 10. My spiritual journy however, did'nt begin till I was 17, when I urnestly prayed for understanding and started to "seek first the kingdom" the best way I knew how--reading my translation of Scripture and listening to the Spirit of YHWH. Along the way, I believe He has shown me some important truths about HImself and His will for our lives, that I believe should be shared with, and understood by, any and everyone who has a true desire to worship the Mighty One of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Praise YHWH!

Paul and the Pharisees

Posted on October 5, 2010 at 4:00am 10 Comments

What seems to be overlooked is that one thing Y'shua warned us about in Mat 16:11/Mar 8:15 and again in Luk 12:1:

"BEWARE OF THE TEACHING OF THE PHARISEES"

To truly understand Paul, one must come to a full understanding of who the Pharisees were and what they taught.

Before Y'shua even gave them a chance to reject Him, they were blasted by the John the Baptist, who said of…

Rahab--The name of Satan

Posted on May 23, 2010 at 8:29am 12 Comments

In the last few months, I have come to the understanding that the real name of the advasary is Rahab (baised on the context of Job 26:12, Psa 89:10 and Isa 51:9). Just this morning, I googled this understanding and found this. I was wondering if anyone come offer additional insight on this subject.

A Biblical Day

Posted on March 25, 2010 at 5:00pm 0 Comments

This study will first deal with what I will to refer to as the seven biblical witnesses suporting the view of the 12 hour day (begining at sunrise and ending at sunset). Each one of these seven witnesses is independent of the others. Thus, each one must be dealt with individualy in order to reject the whole of this submission of which I believe represents the Biblical truth on the matter. This study will then conclude with dealing with the common 24 hour day (evening to evening)…

The Book of Enoch as Scripture

Posted on September 4, 2009 at 9:30pm 3 Comments

The book of Enoch or “1 Enoch” is comprised of five sections. I believe the whole book, all five sections, is divinely inspired Scripture. These are my primary reasons:

The first section is quoted by Yahudah (aka Jude). (Compare Jude 14-15 with 1Enoch 1:9 and notice Jude referred to this passage as an inspired prophecy)

In the second section there are at least 30 references to Yahushua, including many references to Him as the "Son of Man" (a term He uses for Himself well… Continue

Dear Jacob:

Sorry for the long delay in responding: I am quite busy and have not looked at my page for quite a while. Concerning determining which lunar month is the first month of Yahweh's new year: I am quite familiar with Nehemiah Gordon and Michael Rood and several others who promote using the barley: Neither the barley nor the equinox is correct. Rather than trying to explain it to you here, if you furnish me an e-mail address, I will send you a PDF file of my article, Which Month is Abib?

Best regards,
Lloyd Brumbaugh
