There is a place of rest eternal
where by faith we enter in
where the peace of G_d through Christ
calms rough waters and strong winds.
In the midst of times of trouble
we need not fear nor faint when Christ
is our place of strength and comfort
when storm clouds rage and waters rise.
Abiding in our Saviour
we rise above life's weary waves
confident in Him to keep us
we overcome each day by faith.

by lack of vision and lack of faith
the Lord will pour out His Spirit
and open wide Heaven's gate.
Like the whispering of the wind
the Spirit will speak to every heart
to receive the light of truth
