About me:

Greetings all! I am new to this site and just beginning to learn about the Hebraic Roots of the faith. I have been committed to following Messiah for about 14 years. I was a leader at a non-denominational and non-traditional church for about 7 years where I learned some truths such as the pagan roots of Christian Holidays like Christmas and Easter. But there still seemed to be things that weren't right about the church structure and teachings. I was led away from attending 'church' to study the Word for myself and began to fellowship with others who gathered 'organically' together just under the headship of Messiah outside of the "church" structure. About a year ago I began to study on the Law and was confronted by different people (via Facebook) concerning the fact that Yeshua did not abolish the law and that as a Christian many of our beliefs were off. I've been re-examining things for about the last year and just over the last few months I have began to come across resources and people who are studying the Hebraic roots and I am finally gaining the true understanding of the scriptures that I have been looking for! Looking forward to learning and growing with you and getting to know each other! :-)
