What is your favorite quote? (From Scripture or elsewhere)
Because we could not bear his glory at Horeb, God promised to send a mediator. Time and time again throughout scripture this mediator is elaborated upon until it becomes clear that God himself would integrate his spirit with a body and walk amongst us as we are. This is Jesus, and as such he is the living tabernacle of God. His spirit is God’s spirit. This makes him far more than any “son,” sage or enlightened Jew.
