Which part of Texas are you from? I was born in New Braunfels, which is between San Antonio, & Austin. Do you have a fellowship where you live? We are in Arizona now & just do Shabbat at home.

Hey, that's cool! I walked up & down those hills at the former Southwest Texas State U., so many times. I would never make it these days. We use to fellowship in San Marcos at Hill Country Faith Ministries. That was eons past. I don't even know if that is still there anymore.

That is so cool about your son. Since He is going to be there so long maybe he can send you some great things from over there. When my son-in-law was there in the Navy, he sent me such nice things. I never did get a shofar though, but I would have loved to. I wish I would have thought to ask for music CD's too. Bless you.
