When Yeshua returns, He with the firstfruits will set up the Kingdom of YHWH on this earth, and all false religions will not be allowed to continue; and the true religion (Torah) will be preached and taught throughout the whole world. Just like the Borg state, resistance will be futile. -Ed

I don't really feel comfortable with compareing the Kingdom of YHWH and the coming of Yeshua with The Borg State. We have a loving, as well as, sovereign God. I don't see us becoming slaves or mere components to "the Kingdom".

What I mean is that Yeshua and His firstfruits will rule with a rod of iron over those who refuse to repent and convert to Torah, YHWH'S Law and Way, and that all nations or individuals who refuse this will be destroyed in the lake of fire. Yeshua will not be oppressive with His rule over the righteous, but He will not tolerate permanent unrepentance from anyone.

Yes, and YHWH will destroy by fire the armies of those nations, led by Satan, before they invade the Promised Land, and then Satan and his angels will be permanently done away with. This will happen at the end of the upcoming 1,000 years of Yeshua's reign, and then all of humanity who haved lived and died and who haven't been called out to the true salvation as yet will then be brought back to life in new physical bodies (Ezek. 37) and given their chance for repentance and conversion to Torah, spiritually, and on to eternal life in the Kingdom.

Science fiction and fantasy is based on unreality. YHWH, if we believe His Scriptures, will show us how to live in reality and truth. Nazarene Space is supposed to be a forum about the Scriptures.

I saw star trek as a child and remember an episode were captain kirk was stuck in a time lapse on the ship he was moving at normal speed but everyone else on the ship seemed motionless like statues.they could not see him. interesting reading the book of acts when peter was rescued by the angel a similar situation happened he passed all guards unseen. maybe science fiction is the wrong name . maybe we should call it things i saw in fiction , hold some truth some are possible.

     But what happened to Capt. Kirk was based on fantasy, while what happened to Paul was due to YHWH'S power, which is based on reality.  But an equivalent to the Borg could be seen with Satan and his angels trying to destroy us if we refuse to side with Satan and his evil, just like the Borg who would destroy us if we successfully refused to be assimilated by them.  But the Borg were finally outmatched when they came across species 8472, whose technology was much greater than the Borg's, and whose malevolence towards anyone not of their own species even transcended that of the Borg, which caused Capt. Janeway to make a very tenuous agreement with the unreliable Borg, to work together to defeat species 8472, in effect asking the evil Borg to cooperate with defeating the evil species 8472, and as sooon as they did this, the Borg rejected the agreement with Janeway about letting her ship Voyager safe passage through Borg space, so Janeway and her crew had to outwit the Borg.   Kind of like we allying ourselves with the evil Soviets to defeat the evil Nazis.  I'd better stop here before I go on with this ad nauseum.  : )    -Ed
