They both excepted Enoch as Scripture like the Essenes. Paul went to train in Damascus to train and the Essenes did the exact same thing. If you use the Syrian Psalter you have the same Psalter as the Essenes. The Ethiopian Canon includes Jubilees
Matthew 12:5 Don't you know that in the law, it says that the only work that can be done on the Sabbath is work of the levites for sacrificing?
Jubilees 50;10-11 The Sabbath is wonderful and full of glory; God has commanded Israel to obey it, and that they ought to rejoice on the day, filling themselves for what is necessary for joyfulness, and that they must not do any work of all the work done by humans except the works of the priests. The work of the priests is the only work that is allowed on the sabbath day, because by it, Israel is atoned for and this pleases God and allows them to be accepted by him because they obey his commandments.
John 8:56 Abraham was joyful when he perceived the time of the Messiah; he perceived it and he was full of gladness because of this.
16:25-28 Abraham was the first to celebrate the feast of tabernacles; in seven days he kept the feast. During this week, he was very joyful in his heart and soul and so also the same were all of those belonging to his house; no one in his house was uncircumcised. Now Abraham blessed his creator, that being God; God created Abraham because it pleased him to do so and he did so. And Abraham understood and saw that from him would be born an eternal and righteous seed that would be as God the Creator. And so Abraham did thus bless God. And because of this understanding God had given him, he was glad, and he made the festival of tabernacles, these seven days, holy and pleasing in God's sight; and Abraham did so with great joy.
Galatians 2: God gave his promise only for one seed of Abraham, for it was not to many seeds of Abraham, but only one seed was it given. And this one seed to whom the promise was given is the Messiah. The Law was first revealed to Moses 430 years after the covenant of Abraham was established. Now that the Law came after, this is proof that what came before has precedence in authority. Why was the Law given to Moses? It was given so that you could know what sin is until you become part of the seed then you dont need to repent anymore once you are in Christ. And the Law was given to Moses by angels.
Jubilees was given to Moses by angels. No angels gave Moses the five books, but Moses spoke to God himself for the basis of the five books. Book of Jubilees also says Moses received the law 430 years after the covenant with Abraham was made. And Jubilees calls the Messiah the "seed" of Abraham to whom the promise was made (see Jubilees 16 which i posted above)
Acts 7:23-24 Moses was 40 years old when he killed the Egyptian
Book of Jubilees is the only book that says he was 40 years old (38 if you want to be technical). NO OTHER BOOK says he was 40 years old. How did Stephen know he was 40 years old and expect his hearers to whom he was preaching to to accept his claim that he was 40 years old when he killed hte Egyptian?
the quotes above are paraphrases
The only other group to except it as scripture is the Essenes.
Also they both kept all things in common
Also Epiphanius called the first Christians "Jessenes"
Also as Trimm points out in his Halakah about divorce Yeshua and the Essenes agreed, also they agreed on vows and oaths as well as with tithes.
The Odes of Solomon which is believed to be the earliest Hymn book scholars believes it to have been written by an Essene.
The Dead Sea Scroll text "Gabriel's Vision" talks about the Messiah rising in three days.
