I was wondering what anyone knew about watchers?! In DANIEL I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY WERE ANGELS WHO WATCHED FOR THE LORD, BUT NOW I'M WONDERING IF THEY ARE GOOD OR BAD?

Specifically they are referring to Nephilim...you will find mention of them in 1 Enoch 6:1-7 and 1 Enoch 7:1-5. Reference is also to sons of G-d and daughters of men. It was the time that then was. Relates to flood of Noah. The Nephilim
Now, in Genesis 6:1-4, the offspring of the Sons of God and the daughters of men are called Nephilim, who are the "heros of old, the men of renown." Literally, the word nephilim means "the fallen ones" and is a common euphemism for "the dead" in Hebrew. Forexample, in Jeremiah 6:15, "They will fall among the fallen [Hebrew, nopelim]. In Ezekiel 32:27, the Nephilim are fallen warriors:

"They lie with the warriors,
The Nephilim of old,
Who descend to Sheol
With their weapons of war."

Elsewhere, the Nephilim are giants who were native inhabitants of Canaan. In Numbers 13:33, they advise Moses "All the people whom we saw in its midst were people of great size there we saw the Nephilim - the Anaqim are part of the Nephilim - and we seemed in our own eyes like grasshoppers, and so we must have seemed in their eyes."

Rephaim
In Deuteronomy 2:11, the giants Anaqim are called Rephaim, and two of the most famous of the Raphaim are King Og of Bashan, whose huge iron bed could still be seen on display in Rabbah of Ammon (Deuteronomy 3:11) and the warrior Goliath, who descended from the Raphah in Gath (2 Samuel 21:19ff). Thus, it would seem that the Nephilim were both the race of heroes who lived before the Flood and in Canaan before the Israelites conquered the Promised Land. The Rephaim and Anaqim were defeated by Joshua, Moses, and Caleb, and then the rest by David. Joshua 11:22 says that "No Anaqim remained in the land of Israel, but some remained in Gaza, Gath, and Ashdod."

Daniel 4:17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers and the demand by the word of the holy ones to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men and giveth it to whomsoever he will and setteth up over it the basest of men,

I hope this will assist you with your study concerning watchers. As there is light and darkness. Good and evil...then there are good angels and bad angels.
thanks a lot!

Is it possible that the only person left on earth whose DNA was not corrupted by the inter-marriage of Sons of G-d and humans was Noah and that is the reason only Noah was kept alive. Was these Sons of G_d somehow plotting to destroy humanity's DNA through intercourse (breeding)???The Book of Enoch refers to these creatures as Nephilims, but the Holy Bible refers to them as Sons of G_d why? In Genesis it talks about creating man in our image refering to G_d or G_d and Sons of G_d was this phrase in the singular or pluaral???

One more additional question: If these creatures were destroyed during the great flood then how did the giants appear on the earth after the flood (i.e., David & Goliath)???
