Kansas Doctor Executed for His Preforming Late term Killings in the Womb!

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090531/ap_on_re_us/us_tiller_shooting

Being the victim of a murder of a late term abortion in Michigan I cannot find it in my heart to grieve for this man, or to say the person that killed him was wrong in the eyes of Yahu'ah Elohim our Creator and Judge. My step-son Aaron Ray is the victim of a mother and grandmother though he offered to take care of his son who took him to one of these murderers while yet in the womb at 8 months along to have him killed. Aaron offered to take care of his son and even take custody and responsibility for the child. This did not matter they decided to kill the child and one of these murdering physicians that broke his vows to preserve life took his son's life. The President was not outraged and not an article about it appeared on the Internet the day this child died. I am glad that justice was served today on the behalf of every late term abortions this man preformed to murder a child.

INTERNATIONAL NAZARENE BEIT DIN: ABORTION HALAKHA

Passed 2/1/2000

1. Premise:

The Scriptures are the standard for the lives of Nazarene Jews not only in its direct commands, but also in its example and overall plan. It is clear that YHVH has a plan and purpose for each of His creations, and the destroying of innocent life is rebellion against that plan.

The fact that the word "abortion" does not appear in the Bible does not mean that YHVH is silent on the subject. He mentions the unborn, including the embryo and the fetus, and shows that He considers the unborn, starting with conception, to be a person with a purpose.

It is clear then that the act of "Therapeutic Abortion" is the sinful termination of innocent human life. It therefore qualifies as murder. Since murder is sin, being a party to abortion in any way, shape or form is a sin. Although the question of abortion is often considered "complex," we believe that the answer to the question of whether or not abortion is murder is clear and straightforward.
2. Definition of Murder.

Murder is simply the taking of an innocent human life. This is to be differentiated from "killing" when there is a righteous purpose for it. For example, the Bible sets up special cities to which a person may flee who has killed a person "by accident." The person may stay and be protected in one of these special cities until the family of the deceased has stopped looking for the person for the purpose of revenge.

Also, YHVH Himself commands capital punishment, the death penalty, for the breaking of certain commands, including defiling the Sabbath, adultery, etc.

Self defense is clearly a valid reason for "killing" since the life being terminated is not innocent life.

However, the taking of innocent life is considered a "sin" and "wickedness."

Ex. 20:13; 23:7

20:13 Do not murder.
23:7 Keep away from fraud, and do not cause the death of the innocent and righteous; for I will not justify the wicked.
3. Definition of a Person.

A human being’s person hood begins not at the time that he or she has completed development in the womb and is transferred out of the mother into the world. It is clear from Scripture that there is a seamless continuity in the life of a person from the moment of conception.

1.

YHVH knows each person from the beginning:

Jeremiah I:4-5:

Here is the word of YHVH that came to me:
"Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I separated you for myself. I have appointed you to be a prophet to the nations."
2.

A person has a YHVH-given purpose in His Kingdom from conception:

Ps. 139:13-16:

(13) For you fashioned my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
(14) I thank you because I am awesomely made, wonderfully; your works are wonders -- I know this very well.
(15) My bones were not hidden from you when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
(16) Your eyes could see me as an embryo, but in your book all my days were already written; my days had been shaped before any of them existed.
3.

The Spirit of Elohim is with a person in his/her mother’s womb:

Luke 1:11-17

(11) when there appeared to him an angel of YHVHstanding to the right of the incense altar.
(12) Z’khariyah was startled and terrified at the sight.
(13) But the angel said to him, "Don’t be afraid, Z’khariyah; because your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elisheva will bear you a son, and you are to name him Yochanan.
(14)He will be a joy and a delight to you, and many people will rejoice when he is born
(15) for he will be great in the sight of YHVH. He is never to drink wine or other liquor, and he will be filled with the Ruach HaKodesh even from his mother 's womb.
(16) He will turn many of the people of Isra’el to YHVH their Elohim .
(17) He will go out ahead of YHVH in the spirit and power of Eliyahu to turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous, to make ready for YHVH a people prepared."

IV. Conclusion:

Any action or lack of action which intentionally causes the death of an unborn child, from the moment of conception on, shall be considered murder, and shall not be allowed or condoned in the Nazarene Community.
Yes I believe any abortion after conception is murder but it is especially heinous when the child is viable outside the womb and a woman can legally murder the child when the mother chooses to go to one of these murdering butcherers. I wish the "Pro-Life" community would declare a civil war in this country for the purpose of stopping the millions of deaths caused.

How many men are in prison today for executing Torah in relationship to murderers of their children never being allowed to breath after conception?

This man was a self confessed murderer and according to Torah any father of the murdered child has the obligation and right to execute the murderer including the woman who is the accomplice in this murder for hire! This doctor's defence, for the "health" of America's women who can speak for themselves, defence holds not water in Torah. I am not be politically correct and they might put me in prison for so-called hate speech if someone acts on my words, but I am ready to suffer this consequence for the silent screams in the womb to have a voice!
Well the power of execution rests with the Theocracy which will not exist again until Messiah returns.

However I can agree that abortion is murder and that there is now one less murderer in the world.

Why then did Shaul say if he had done anything worthy of death he would die willingly? Also does not afamily member have the right to execute someone that is shedding innocent blood? Or is avenging his family from a killer?
Should we encourage suicide for a transgression that calls for the death penalty? let me word that another way, Is suicide wrong for one that deserves the death penalty? or would that be a lack of regard for life?
If one deserves death we have the Messiah Yahu'shua for those called to repentance. This "Doctor" was obstinate and unrepentant calling himself a brother in the Congregation, therefor one we are not to associate with or eat with, little alone let him usher in our meeting hall. The courts had been exausted in attempting to stop him. The media pressure did not cause him to repent. He had lots of opporutinies he did not take. He preformed thousands of these innocent blood deaths. I do not believe suicide would fit but execution does. The executioner is now being declared mentally incompetent as he is a "scitzophrenic" according to some "Docter" of phsyciatry. This is a common ploy they use when people hear voices. I would like to know what voice he was listening to. Was it the voice of YaHU'aH? We will probably never know since he will be doped up for life ina mental ward for doing what was righteous in this matter when all court and media pleas has been exhausted calling this mass murderer to repentance. Ibelieve in mercy forthe repentant but this "Doctor" does not fit in that catagory."And they loved not their lives unto death and followed the Lamb whether so ever he goeth."

When Israel turned to the Ammonite idol of Malak worshpwhich required you to kill your first born to show loyalty to the king this was the last straw and unforgivable in the eyes of YaHU'aH Elohim which leadto thier captivity. I read it just today. We are in the same postion when our soldiers shot down here in Little Rock ARkansas by a trained killer in Somolia and Yemen and African American Muslim gets less media attention than a mass murderer with lots of innocent blood on his hands being executed and the White House is much the same using stronger language of outrage on this death of a mass murderer than about the killing of Private Long and another injured soldier. This morning in Ciaro, Mitsraim/Egyptno mention ofthis terrorist that was trained on Muslim territory! How long do we have before the judgement falls?

While am in no way shedding any tears for the murderous "doctor", I think we need to be verrrrrry careful. Just like the Oklahoma city bombing was an obvious sham where Timothy Mc Veigh was portrayed to the country supposedly as the one who blew up the Murrah Fed building (nevermind it was physically impossible to pulverize steel reinforced concrete columns from a blast from a truck in the street), the incident paved the way for clinton to grab power and erode constitional rights; just like when 9/11 defied all laws of physics when 2 assymetrical plane damages in 2 skyscrapers with a highly oxygenated jet fuel fire resulted in 3 buildings collapsing into their own footprints and having molten metal under the debris for 6 weeks-- that paved the way for bush to desecrate the constitution and begin the manuverings of a police state; and now out of the blue, some guy shoots this abortion doctor-- watch what legislation obama proposes in light of this incident-- don't know for sure, but i smell an inside job-- again.
Here is one verse of scripture that I have seen Pro-Abortion folks use to support their horrendous position.
I post it here so folks like me know what the verses actually mean and are better prepared with an answer.
Before I had studied it, I was confused by the verse and not prepared with an answer.

"If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart [from her], and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges [determine]. And if [any] mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life," Exd 21:23-24.

A woman has gone into labor because of an injury. If the baby is born alive, there is "yet no mischief follow". A life has not been taken. But if the baby dies, "mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life".
